Ink Pan Coatings

Stork Cellramic applies durable, release coatings for ink and glue pans. The coatings make clean-ups quicker and easier, saving valuable time during press changeovers. The coating can be applied to any welded metal pan. The low COF surface ensures greater ink reclamation. When amortized over the course of a year, the combination of time savings and recaptured ink pays for the coating many times over. Customers that have had Stork coat their ink pans as part of LEAN manufacturing initiatives have measured and documented for themselves the benefits of Stork Cellramic’s ink pan coatings:

Benefits
